Booking Policies

CANCELLATION:
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of appointment.
A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, will result in a fee equal to 50% of service booked, automatically charged to card captured.

NO SHOW:
What is considered a no show? A client who fails to show to a booked appointment, A client who fails to cancel or reschedule appointment, or a client who forgets about an appointment.
All no show's will result in a 100% fee.

RESCHEDULE:
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, will result in a 50% fee.

REFUND:

The Gemini Collective is a service based business. In any event you aren’t 100% happy with your results, we do not offer refunds. We will do everything in our power to rectify the issue in place of this.

By booking with The Gemini Collective, you are agreeing to the cancellation, no show, reschedule and refund policy.
